In this FAQ, we have gathered practical guidance from day-to-day work on soft play projects – from design and pricing to inspections, reviews, and commissioning.

No marketing, just experience – to make it easier to plan each stage and avoid mistakes that can delay the opening of the facility.

First, define the users’ age group, the floor area, and the room height. Based on this, we will propose a concept, an initial layout, and a budget.
On average 6 to 10 weeks: concept design 2 to 3 weeks, production 3 to 5 weeks, installation 3 to 14 days depending on the scale and site access.
No. A floor plan with dimensions and heights is enough. Our design team will prepare the concept and installation drawings.
Based on the floor plans and a discussion of expectations, we prepare a cost estimate and a visualization.
We design and build all structures in accordance with EN 1176 and EN 1177 – the European safety standards for playground and recreational equipment.
Yes. After installation is completed, each facility undergoes an initial inspection carried out by a certification body. After the EN 1176/EN 1177 compliance check, you receive a full set of documents for your insurer and your own records.
An initial inspection report, material certificates, operating instructions, an inspection schedule, and as-built documentation in PDF format.
Yes. Before installation, we provide guidelines for the floor, lighting, power outlets, and wall protection. This helps the installation run without downtime.
The recommended minimum is 300 cm. For lower rooms, we design a single-level layout without additional tiers.
Of course. We help plan an ergonomic layout – so the zones work well together visually and remain safe for children.
As standard, we provide a 24-month warranty on the structure and upholstered components.
Yes. We provide staff training, a daily inspection plan, and service support throughout the entire operating period.
We recommend an inspection every 6 or 12 months, depending on usage intensity.
Yes. We prepare a 2D concept along with pricing – only after approval do we move on to further design work.
Yes, we deliver, install, and service structures in all countries of the European Union.
The cost depends primarily on the size and complexity of the project – the number of levels, the type of attractions, and the finish.
Yes. You can visit selected soft play installations to see our structures and build quality in operating facilities.
We deliver all elements ready for assembly. The IPC installation team carries out the installation.
Yes, we can provide photo and video materials from the installation or help prepare materials for the opening.
We support you in the first months – reminders about inspections, access to service, and the option to upgrade as the zone evolves.
